QCSNT holds anywhere from 40 to 50 athletes on its standing team at any given point. Selection cycles are annual, and run from August to September of every year. Throughout the year, the national team staff host training camps across the country, some of which are held exclusively for standing team members, and others which are open to any registered members of Quidditch Canada.

In order to be eligible for selection to QCSNT, an athlete must meet the following requirements:

  • Be a Canadian citizen or Permanent Resident of Canada, or be in the processes of attaining Permanent Resident status. Proof of submitted application may be required.
  • Be a registered member of Quidditch Canada in good standing.
  • Not be under suspension or any other sanction by any recognized sport body
  • Hold a valid passport

Other requirements are listed in the full in the National Team Player Selection Policy.

Quadball Canada was created July 1st 2014 to lead, promote and advance the sport of quadball in Canada.
