Overview

The Quidditch Canada Recruitment and Retention Program supports projects that enhance and enrich the quidditch communities in Canada.  The program provides assistance to Quidditch Canada member projects that:

• Provide opportunities for Canadians to engage in the sport of quidditch
• Promote the values of quidditch and increase the visibility in Canada
• Increase the number of participants playing quidditch in Canada

Important Dates

Annual application deadlines (marketing campaign)

• September 15
• December 15
• March 15

Projects must be complete within the same fiscal year as the cheque is received by the organization.

Funding

The maximum funding available is $500.

Clubs may only apply for one grant per project, subject to the applicable guidelines and eligibility requirements.

Organizations should apply under the specific program stream that’s best suited for their project.

To apply, applicants should complete the application form and budget template.  Upon competition, please send both attachments as one email to p.mckinney@quidditchcanada.com to be reviewed.
